Bio: Hicks is a combat veteran serving in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years. He was a project lead for DARPA, and leads OffshoreUAS, Offshore Diagnostics, and Offshore Aviation companies. OAG has provided over 14 years of aviation and maritime support services to the Department of Defense.
